You’ve got to hand to the organizers of Rockridge Out and About, not only do they bring together a solid combo of world class food, entertainment and shopping, but they have the wisdom to hold the street fair in October. It’s a time of year when you can almost guarantee balmy, street party weather in the East Bay. Festival highlights this year include the Picnic in the Street in front of Market Hall, the Kid’s Court and Claremont Middle School stage, and Artisan Alley.
