Expect major delays on BART Thursday morning after officials halted train traffic through MacArthur station as police officers tried to catch a man running on the tracks. BART reports that the man is in custody and trains are moving again through MacArthur station.
There are also major backups on both direction of Highway 24 near Telegraph Avenue.
