Police Searching for 'At Risk' Teen Boy Missing Since Monday

Boston Mario Fortenberry was last seen on Monday at 2 p.m.

Oakland police are requesting the public's help in locating a 15-year-old at-risk boy who went missing Monday afternoon.
 
Police describe the missing boy, Boston Mario Fortenberry, as an African American standing 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tie-dye shirt, blue shorts and blue athletic shoes, police said.
 
Fortenberry was last seen at about 2 p.m. on Monday near his home in the 2600 block of 67th Avenue, according to police. The boy is considered at-risk because of his special needs, police said. Anyone with information about the boy's whereabouts is asked to contact Oakland Police Department's Missing Persons investigators at (510) 238-3641.
 
Persons wishing to remain anonymous may contact police by texting TIP OAKLANDPD to 888777 from a cellphone followed by a tip or by calling the tip line at (855) 847-7247.
