Caltrans will close Highway 13 from 10 p.m. tonight Wednesday, to 5 a.m. Thursday while workers istall protections gainst falling rocks, Caltrans officials announced late Wednesday afternoon.
Workers will be installing a rock drapery on the slope at Broadway Terrace and on the southbound section of Highway 13 from the Broadway Terrace on-ramp to the Moraga Avenue offramp to prevent falling rock from landing on the highway, the announcement said.
Detour signs will be in place.
