Taste of Temescal Culinary Crawl Tickets Go on Sale Today

The fifth Annual Taste of Temescal will feature two dozen local restaurants plus live entertainment.

Tickets for the Tuesday, Sept. 17 Taste of Temescal culinary crawl went on sale today (Wednesday), according to an announcement from the Temescal Telegraph Business Improvement District.

Tickets are $25 per person if purchased in person from participating nonprofits and local business outlets by Aug. 31, $30 thereafter.

The fifth annual fundraiser raises money for Emerson Elementary School, Claremont Middle School, Oakland Technical High School, the Womens Cancer Resource Center and the Lions Center for the Blind.

Two dozen Temescal area restaurants, cafes and bakeries are taking part this year.

Tickets cover food, beverages, live music and a chance to win prizes.

Tickets are available in person at Ruby's Garden, 5026 Telegraph Ave., Oakland; 17 Jewels Salon and Spa, 4801 Telegraph Ave.; the Temescal Telegraph Business Improvement District office, 510 49th St., #203; and from the schools and nonprofits that will benefit.

Tickets are also available online from Brown Paper Tickets for $30.
